The Mission Collective

The Mission Collective is a group of five independent writers and activists who work and live in the Bay Area. They are:

Ondine Black

Ondine is an amateur astrologer, a poet and a literary agent who worked on this book because she wanted to read it.

M Ryan Hess

Ryan spends his time plunging his fingers into as many pies as possible. From blogging to filmmaking to writing, he has lived and traveled in over thirty countries, generating a novel and a series of articles.

Ian Knox

Ian is a musician, filmmaker, and freelance writer. He was recently voted MVP of San Francisco’s Mission Baseball League.

Jay Kullman

Jay is a photographer, New Orleans native, political junkie, avid naturalist, and music addict.

Deacon Rivers

Deacon is a leading Zen commando and scholar of punk spirituality and pirate religion. With a vast wealth of knowledge in information science, communications, mass media, entheogenics, remergent technologies, global trade, and resource accounting, Deacon Rivers is both very successful and popular, counting friends, colleagues, and students by thousands, and is a founding member of Elvis Underground: The Church!
